Terms of Service
- You are responsible for your account, keeping login credentials secure and actions performed through it. Do not share credentials or use another person’s account without permission.
- Game profiles use nicknames and UUIDs controlled by Fulgur. A Fulgur UUID identifies a profile within this service and does not establish ownership of a Minecraft or other external account.
- Do not abuse the service, attack its infrastructure, exploit vulnerabilities or circumvent access restrictions, quotas or moderation measures.
- You retain rights to your content. By uploading it, you permit Fulgur to store, process and display it within the service, including Gallery publication and moderation. Upload only material you have permission to share.
- Fulgur may moderate or remove content and restrict or suspend accounts for violations of these terms or applicable project rules.
- Service features may change or be temporarily or permanently suspended. Availability of a particular feature is not guaranteed.
- These terms may be updated. When your accepted version is no longer current, you will be asked to review and accept the current version before using features that require completed account setup.

Privacy Policy
Fulgur processes your email address, Account ID, game profile UUIDs and nicknames, authentication and session data, security information such as IP addresses and logs, and Gallery content, reports and moderation data.
This data supports authentication, account and profile management, Gallery operation, security, abuse prevention and moderation.
Necessary data may be processed by infrastructure providers that support the service, including hosting, storage, authentication and email delivery.
Session cookies maintain your signed-in session and help protect account actions. Browser preferences may also be stored for language and appearance.
Data is retained only as needed to operate the service, maintain security and fulfil applicable obligations.
You can request access, correction or deletion of your data through Contacts.
