Terms of Service

You are responsible for your account, keeping login credentials secure and actions performed through it. Do not share credentials or use another person’s account without permission.
Game profiles use nicknames and UUIDs controlled by Fulgur. A Fulgur UUID identifies a profile within this service and does not establish ownership of a Minecraft or other external account.
Do not abuse the service, attack its infrastructure, exploit vulnerabilities or circumvent access restrictions, quotas or moderation measures.
You retain rights to your content. By uploading it, you permit Fulgur to store, process and display it within the service, including Gallery publication and moderation. Upload only material you have permission to share.
Fulgur may moderate or remove content and restrict or suspend accounts for violations of these terms or applicable project rules.
Service features may change or be temporarily or permanently suspended. Availability of a particular feature is not guaranteed.
These terms may be updated. You accept them once when setting up your account; later updates do not require renewed acceptance.

Privacy Policy

Fulgur processes your email address, Account ID, game profile UUIDs and nicknames, authentication and session data, security information such as IP addresses and logs, and Gallery content, reports and moderation data.

This data supports authentication, account and profile management, Gallery operation, security, abuse prevention and moderation.

When website security collection is enabled, a successful sign-in records the account, time and IP address. After you accept the Terms, visits may also record browser and operating system information, GPU vendor and renderer, logical processor count, approximate memory, screen dimensions, pixel ratio and colour depth, language, time zone, platform and touch support, where available. These observations help administrators review possible alternative accounts and attempts to evade moderation. A match does not prove that accounts belong to one person and does not trigger an automatic ban. Access to these observations, including full IP addresses, is restricted to authorized administrators.

Necessary data may be processed by infrastructure providers that support the service, including hosting, storage, authentication and email delivery.

Session cookies maintain your signed-in session and help protect account actions. After you accept the Terms, enabled website security collection also uses a random first-party browser cookie that JavaScript cannot read. It lasts for 90 days and is renewed after an accepted observation. Signing out does not remove it; you can remove it in your browser settings. It identifies a browser installation, not a physical device. Browser preferences may also be stored for language and appearance.

Website visit observations, the last observed email address and the audit of administrator access to these observations are retained for 90 days. Expired observations are excluded from searches and removed regularly. Other data is retained only as needed to operate the service, maintain security and fulfil applicable obligations.
